General Conditions

These terms and conditions, and all Returns and Delivery Policies, will apply to your purchase of any products from the Isabel Manns Ltd website and form a legally binding contract between you and Isabel Manns. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us.

You agree not to resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any of our “Services” or Products without our permission. We also have the right to refuse any orders. 

The terms and conditions may change throughout time. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

 

Care and Quality

All of our products pass through quality check before being sold. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please email sales@isabelmanns.com with sufficient information, including images and proof of purchase. Upon receipt we will investigate the matter and respond in due course. Contact must be made within 14 days of purchase. However, if your item is made to order contact must be made within 48 hours. Please note that products damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to have a defect. 

If your product appears to be damaged upon arrival, please contact sales@isabelmanns.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with details and images of the damage.

If you have worn an item and you require an alteration, such as you would like the dress shortened, then we are happy to provide this service at an additional cost. If you have worn an item and it has been damaged then we can fix your item if it is within 1 month from when you purchased it. If you have received a bespoke/custom item that does not fit properly and have visited us within 1 month then we can also alter it for you free of charge. Please contact sales@isabelmanns.com for any assistance you may need. 

If for any reason, information about the product, such as care labels, extra buttons etc. are missing then please email sales@isabelmanns.com.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to the product due to someone not following care instructions on the labels. Our silk fabrics are delicate and need to be looked after and worn with care.

On the reversible products care labels can be found between the two layers on the side seam, or on tops they are on the side seam which can be found through the gap on the hem.

 

Products

We have made every effort to make sure colours and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that colours may vary depending on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery and we cannot be held responsible for these differences. We will gladly send out fabric swatches upon request if you are unsure about the colours.

Please note that, due to the nature of manufacturing, all our measurements and lengths are approximate, but we make every effort to ensure that the measurements are as accurate as possible.

 

Made-to-Order/Bespoke Products

Any of our products that are seen on the website and labelled  Made-to-Order can be returned or exchanged. However, if you then chose to have any alterations made to the product then it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any of our standard designs that are chosen to be made in a different colour or that have small customisation changes made require a non refundable payment in full upfront. 

Bespoke products, that require a prototype for you to try on at one or two fittings, require a non refundable 50% deposit at the first meeting and then the remaining 50% after the first fitting. Bespoke products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we have received payment in full the product is owned by you and it is your responsibility to pick up your product. For any bespoke items whereby a prototype has been made for you, it is your responsibility to come in for an appointment within three months of the item being ready. After this date, we are no longer responsible for the item.

 

Discounts

Discounts cannot be applied to any "bespoke" order or "customised" order. They can only be applied via our website and on the products that are available on our website.

Discount codes are not valid in store but some may be specified for both in store and online. 

Only one discount code can be used per order. 

 

Modifications to the Services and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the products without any notice, at any time.

We shall not be liable to you, or to any third-party, for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.

 

Viruses

We make no promises in respect of any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus or any other form of programming routine designed to damage, destroy or impair a computer’s functionality or operation. This includes transmission arising from your download of any content, software you use to download the content, the Site or the servers that make it available.  It is your responsibility to install suitable anti-virus and security software on your computer hardware and other devices to protect against any viruses.  Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such content.

 

Intellectual Property Rights
All of the content on the Site is owned by (and all copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights in that content, shall at all times remain vested in) us or our licensors and is protected by UK copyright and other intellectual property laws.  All such rights are reserved.

We are pleased to offer a “made to order” service so that your item will be made especially for you. If your size is labelled as “made to order” this means that your item is not in stock but can be made in 1-3 weeks for you. Please note that you CAN return or exchange the item as long as no custom adjustments or hem lengths have been made.

Hem Adjustments

If you would like to have a hem adjustment then please follow the instructions below. Alternatively pleasecontact usdirectly and we can assist.

Please note that there will be an extra cost of £45 for this service and no returns/exchanges can be made once an item has been adjusted.
