For our “buy now” items you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received and another email when your order has been shipped.
If your item is made to order it will take between 1 and 3 weeks to make in our wonderful atelier in London. Once your order has been made you will receive an email confirming that it is ready to be dispatched.
Weekends and Bank Holidays are not included as shipping or delivery days.
Orders received before 5pm Monday - Friday are despatched on the next working day.
We kindly ask that all "pick up" orders from our shop are picked up within 1 week from when placing the order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not have any control over these charges and we cannot predict the amount. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Please note that all clothing items can be returned or exchanged, including our made-to-order items, UNLESS you have asked for a hem length adjustment or any alterations.
If you have ordered a "custom" item then we cannot accept any returns and/or exchanges as it has been made especially for you.

You will have 14 days to return the item, in the condition and packaging that you received it in. The garment and/or accessory must not have been worn (this also means no evidence of stains, deodorant, make-up or perfume) and all labels and hangtags must still be attached to them, otherwise we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to you.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also recommend using a trackable service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your returned item we will refund you within 14 days. If we receive your returned item after the 14 day period then we will not accept the return.
In the unlikely circumstance that you receive an item that is faulty then we are terribly sorry and ask you to please contact email@example.com
IMPORT & DUTIES
If you order Products from our site that are to be delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
Please note that we have no control over these import duty and tax charges and cannot predict their amount. It will be your responsibility for paying these charges.
Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
If you have worn an item and you require an alteration such as you would like the dress shortened, then we are happy to provide this service at an additional cost.
If you have worn an item and it has been damaged by small wear and tear then we will fix your item for no charge if it is within 1 month from when you purchased it, however if it is after this date then it will be an extra cost. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any assistance you may need.
OTHER SHIPMENT INFORMATION
If you believe that your order has been delayed or lost then please contact the courier because once the item is shipped by us we do not have any control over it. If the problem still persists then kindly write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help resolve the issue.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your order until the courier has concluded the investigation.
