SHIPPING INFORMATION

For our “buy now” items you will receive an email confirmation when your order is received and a second email once it has been shipped. 

For made-to-order items, production will take between 1 and 3 weeks at our atelier in London. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming it is ready for dispatch. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you before or during production.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not counted as shipping or delivery days.

Orders received before 5pm Monday through Friday, are typically dispatched on the next working day. 

For "pick up" orders from our shop, we kindly ask that items be collected within 1 week of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not have any control over these charges and we cannot predict the amount. Please note that you will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED BUT MAY BE EXCHANGED. 

Please note that clothing items, including our made-to-order items, can be returned or exchanged unless a hem length adjustment or other alterations have been requested.

For "customised" or "bespoke" item, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

You have 14 days to return an item in the condition and packaging in which you received it in. The garment or accessory must be unworn (this also means no evidence of stains, deodorant, make-up or perfume) and all labels and hangtags must remain attached. If these conditions are not met, we will not accept the return, and the item will be sent back to you.

If you order more than one item from the UK and you wish to return part of your order then we are happy to offer you a free return label if you email us at sales@isabelmanns.com with your request.

If you order only one item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Returns received after the 14 day period will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologise and ask that you contact us promptly.

 

IMPORT & DUTIES

If you order Products from our site that are to be delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

Please note that we have no control over these import duty and tax charges and cannot predict their amount. It will be your responsibility for paying these charges.

Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

ALTERATIONS

If you have worn an item and you require an alteration, such as shortening a dress, we are happy to provide this service for an additional cost.

If you have worn an item and it has been damaged by small wear and tear, we will repair it at no charge if it is within one month of purchased. After this period, repairs will incur an additional cost. Please contact sales@isabelmanns.com for any assistance.

    

OTHER SHIPMENT INFORMATION 

If you believe your order has been delayed or lost, please contact the courier, as we have no control over the item once it has been shipped. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@isabelmanns.com, and we will do our best to help resolve it. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace your order until the courier has concluded the investigation.

We are pleased to offer a “made to order” service so that your item will be made especially for you. If your size is labelled as “made to order” this means that your item is not in stock but can be made in 1-3 weeks for you. Please note that you CAN return or exchange the item as long as no custom adjustments or hem lengths have been made.

Hem Adjustments

If you would like to have a hem adjustment then please follow the instructions below. Alternatively pleasecontact usdirectly and we can assist.

Please note that there will be an extra cost of £45 for this service and no returns/exchanges can be made once an item has been adjusted.
