• Choose a fabric (or a plain colour from our colour card that can be viewed in store or via email)

• Lower/alter necklines

• Lengthen/shorten sleeve and hem length

• Take in/add volume on side seams

• Shorten/lengthen the bodice

• Take in the waist seam or other areas

• Add our fabric covered belt or tie belt

• Create a matching Jacket or Custom Shawl to complete the outfit 

1. Call , email us or visit our store with your request and we can speak about the options and provide you with a quote.

2. We can send fabric swatches and garments to try on for size and style or you can visit our shop.

If you would like changes to our designs then we can organise a zoom call or meeting in person.

3. Depending on your choice we have two options on how to proceed:

Option 1: Standard style and size in a different fabric/colour with minor alterations such as a different hem length requires a 100% upfront payment.

Option 2: If the style requires larger alterations, such as a made-to-measure size then we require a 50% non refundable deposit. This contributes to the creation of a prototype for you to try on at a fitting. Any necessary alterations will then be made before we proceed to making the final garment. 

4. If your garment requires us to make a prototype then at the fitting we will then ask for the remaining 50% to be paid before we make your final garment.

5. For Option 1 your item will be made by one of our specialist Ateliers in London and it will take between 2-3 weeks to be made. For Option 2 it will take between 3-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

6. We will either ship your garment to you or have a final fitting in case small alterations are needed on the final garment.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be made if it is a "custom item" and no discount codes can be applied.
